Ambit is always looking to branch out to other states as well as expand in their current markets. Ambit Energy has a business development group that is constantly looking at markets where Ambit might be successful. There is a lot that goes into branching out in a new market and the legal work takes time to complete. This is why Ambit doesn’t announce new markets in advance. They want to make sure that all of the appropriate licensing documentation is complete before they announce a new market.

Ambit Energy does offer their consultants medical insurance in 49 of the 50 states. Due to a ruling in the state of New York, Ambit cannot offer medical coverage in that state.
